Leadership Team
Dove's leadership team combines deep operational expertise with a commitment to security, compliance, and client service. Our executive team brings decades of experience in data operations, print production, mailing logistics, and regulatory communications.
This depth of experience allows Dove to operate with the precision, discipline, and reliability that regulated industries require — and to continuously raise the bar on operational performance.
Executive Team
Second Generation. Lifelong Operators.
Allan and Renee Newton — son and daughter-in-law of Harvey and Joyce — were both teenagers when Dove was founded in 1987, and have worked alongside the founders ever since. Today they lead the company together: one driving the vision, the other holding the operation together day in and day out.

Chief Executive Officer
Allan Newton
Allan was a teenager when his parents founded Dove in 1987, helping them in the family garage from the very first days. He worked his way through nearly every part of the operation as the company grew from a single-room mail house into a 50,000 sq ft production campus running data, print, insertion, sorting, and envelope converting under one roof. As CEO, he sets strategic direction, capital priorities, and the long-term vision for the company.
In 2026, his decision to bring envelope manufacturing in-house with the W+D 628 completed his father Harvey's original vision: ownership of the entire mail production cycle, end to end.

Executive Vice President
Renee Newton
Renee has been part of Dove since her teenage years, joining Allan and his parents in the earliest days of the company. As Executive Vice President, she runs the operational and financial backbone of the business, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial controls, vendor and client account stewardship, and the discipline that keeps a 50,000 sq ft production facility on schedule.
Her depth of institutional knowledge — from the earliest manual presort jobs to today's automated SOC 2 environment — anchors Dove's culture of operational accountability.
Leadership Principles
Operational Discipline
Our leaders foster a culture where every process is documented, every handoff is tracked, and every deliverable is verified. Discipline is not optional — it is foundational to how we operate.
Client Partnership
Leadership is directly accessible to clients. We believe that strong relationships require transparency, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Our team continuously invests in technology, training, and process refinement. We evaluate our performance against measurable standards and make adjustments proactively — not reactively.
A Culture of Accountability
At Dove, accountability starts at the top. Our leadership team takes ownership of outcomes — from data accuracy and print quality to on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. This culture of personal responsibility permeates every level of the organization and is the foundation of the trust our clients place in us.
